The company independently applied stringent military-grade projectile head manufacturing techniques to the production of TND AXLES, innovating the industry’s first hot-extruded, thickened integrated axle technology. This proprietary technology, developed entirely in-house, is the first in the world to enable simultaneous extrusion and thickening. It allows for the customized thickness of bearing positions on axle spindles based on customer-specific requirements. Moreover, TND Axle remains the only company capable of producing high-tonnage, high-conicity, and technically demanding German Type axle heads using just three extrusion steps—a breakthrough highly praised by industry experts and setting the foundation for high-precision, high-stability, and high-performance integrated axle tubes.

Unlike conventional axles, TND axles are free from common issues such as deformation, bending, or fatigue failure, significantly extending service life. In rigorous fatigue tests, TND axles have consistently surpassed 6 million cycles—far exceeding the domestic standard of 800,000 cycles.

Thanks to its outstanding military-grade quality, TND Axle is the only supplier recognized for its excellence in both quality and craftsmanship by SAF-Holland, a European leader in the trailer axle industry. Its axle products meet the U.S. FMVSS-121 standards and are often referred to in the industry as the “Foxconn of the trailer axle world.” The company has long provided OEM services for leading domestic and international vehicle manufacturers such as CIMC and Korea’s K1, with its products used by the top three trailer manufacturers in 72 countries worldwide.
